The images on the website are examples of our cakes and sweets. Your cake or sweets may have variations from the website image. All our products are hand made and will be different. All items can be ordered in different sizes from those shown on the website.


Regular cake orders online must be placed a minimum of 3 days in advance prior to delivery or pick up. Custom cake orders require a minimum of 7 days unless otherwise agreed upon. A 20% price increase will apply to cakes ordered within 48 hours.


Consultations are done by appointment only, please call in to make an appointment at 0878865125. We will supply 2 or 3 options of flavours suitable for weddings with a down payment of 50 levs per degustation that is non refundable but will go towards the special occasion cake order once placed.


Orders placed online with requested delivery must be paid in advance. Cakes paid upon pick up at Amelie must be paid in full at time of pick up. Custom cake orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of order. 


In the unlikely event that your order arrives by courier damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to report the damage to us within 24 hours and send photographic evidence of the damage within 3 days if you wish to claim a refund or replacement. We will not take back any undamaged goods. Amelie accepts no liability for cakes that are damaged after they have been delivered, or have been picked up from Amelie.


If you have any queries or need to make any changes to an order please contact us immediately. We will assess your request for an alteration and let you know its effect on the price and any agreed timetable. Accepting any alterations is at our discretion.


Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances due to any loss of business arising from turning away other business on that date. Any orders cancelled within a 48 period before pickup are non-refundable. Orders cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours or more will be given store credit. In the case of a complaint, a cash refund will not be provided. The store undertakes to investigate each matter and where necessary provide a replacement cake or in-store credit.
